About the Role
Mastermind Consult is recruiting Baristas for placement with our hospitality clients.
You will prepare espresso-based and speciality coffee drinks to standard, operate and care for the coffee equipment, serve customers at the counter, and keep the bar area clean and well stocked.

Requirements
Previous barista experience, or formal barista training.
Working knowledge of espresso machines and grinders.
Good customer service skills and willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
